Thrombosis Stairwell: Six Wounds In Search Of Triage is one long piece in 6 movements, split across two sides of tape. It deals with anxiety, the barriers put up to accessing healthcare and how sometimes the more you need that help, the harder it can be to get to it. Luxury Mollusc is one of noise’s most underrated masters, using elements you’ve seen and heard before in totally different ways to what you expect. Scrap metal dragged through a dungeon, voices scraped from the sewer walls. A powerfully atmospheric recording, that stands up against any other artist in the style.
